On the next page you will read the e-mails that I sent to radio stations to inquire about our artist's song on their station. As you will see from their replies, they didn't know who our artist was and they certainly were not playing the song on their radio station either.
Since this website was launched back in September of 2007, I have been able to review other reports from past client's of Howard Rosen Promotion, Inc. and I was not surprised to see that the reports looked strangely similar to the reports we received from their company. I have come to the conclusion that Howard Rosen Promotion, Inc's. approach is to mix error with a little truth in hopes that the bands and artists will be oblivious to the technology (audio fingerprints) that proves their company to be fraudulent.
On October 25th, 2007, I was forwarded a fax that my domain providers received from Berger Kahn, a Law firm who represents Howard Rosen Promotion, Inc., demanding that my domain providers turn over my domain howardrosenbeware.com to their client and that they also populate the Whois database with my personal information. Berger Kahn continued in the letter to falsely accuse me of making numerous false and defamatory statements about their client, trademark infringement, cybersquatting, and many other false accusations. They also stated that I have exposed their client to ridicule and have caused their client damages that hurt Howard Rosen Promotion, Inc's. fitness to conduct business.
